Windows 10 has added the ability to convert any image file into PDF via its default photo viewing app – Windows 10 Photos App. Launch File Explorer and head to your photos folder that contains the pictures you want to convert to PDF.
(If you’ve already changed your default photo viewing app, you can easily open the photo by right-clicking it. Go to Open with Photos.).
Once the image has opened up in Photos, click the menu button (three dots) and click on Print. This will open up another dialog box where you can select the printer from a drop down menu. Select Microsoft Print to PDF and click the Print button. Another dialog box will pop up where you can enter the file name and select the file location and click Save.
